Last night my two girlfriends {
Amanda & Anna, hi girls!} decided to grab some drinks and head to the Art Gallery of Ontario for a little photography fix. The AGO had an exhibit of Edward Steichen, the man who started fashion photography for Vogue. All shot between the 1920's and '30's, these photos were stunning! What amazed me the most was to think that it wasn't digital, you didn't get instant results and couldn't just shoot away, you had to make that one shot THE shot...
"It didn't matter whether the sitter was a statesman, a writer, a poet, an actor, a prizefighter or a musician – they were all interesting."
-Edward Steichen
